The founders and majority owners of the company are all veterans of the semiconductor business and bring over 100 years of Senior Management experience to the business.

Mr. Brian Tuvey, CEO has extensive executive management experience in the back end semiconductor business. In addition to his management experience at the larger corporations, Mr. Tuvey has enjoyed a successful track record with start up companies. Mr. Tuvey was educated in the UK where he received a Bs. Electrical Engineering, and a Ms. Electrical Engineering. Mr. Tuvey is also a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng.) and a Member of the Institute of Electric Engineers (MIEE). Mr. Tuvey has written several papers for major trade journals and delivered technical presentations at many of the major trade shows.

Mr. J. R. Harris, Chairman of the Board has extensive Executive Management experience in both the front end and back end of the semiconductor business. Mr. Harris was most recently the President, CEO and COB of Optical Specialties Incorporated (OSI), a Semiconductor Optical Inspection company. Mr. Harris is currently a board member of the LAM Corporation and board member of a number of other technology companies. Mr. Harris was educated at Purdue University where he received his BS in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Business.
