HARRIS TUVEY (registered as HT, LLC) is located close to the heart of Silicon Valley, in Morgan Hill, California. The company was founded in 1998 and immediately acquired the 946X product line of high voltage and partial discharge test systems from Hewlett Packard. The company’s charter is to provide unique value-added products and services to the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry through acquisitions and Internal Product Development. Current product lines under the HT umbrella includes the 946X High Voltage Test systems, for both manual (Lab low volume testing) and the Auto VISO interfaced to most commercially-available handlers for the high volume production test environment.  The Sentinel is an option to the 946X system that allows collection of digital data (pass, fail, over-voltage, failure, etc.) and analog measurements of voltage and current.
